Such a beautiful hotel. The food and service were top quality. Lots of wonderful touches throughout the property. The best part for us was the garden. It was a lovely calm oasis to sit and have a drink, and our room looked out on it as well. I also really enjoyed using the spa facilities.

The breakfast was amazing. So was the spa. The room was very spacious and felt luxurious. The staff are absolutely amazing and take really good care of the guest.

Review Will definitely remember it as one of my favorites. Top service, extremely nice and kind team, the welcoming was extraordinary and the atmosphere was amazing. Room was very spacious and clean, beautiful fine modern design. Breakfast was great and varied. Also much enjoyed a massage treatment, was very good and professional. Although did not visit the spa itself. But must warn the ladies: We had only one mirror- the one on top of the sink which was waist and up only and very dim lights. My wife could not get dressed or do her makeup properly, she had to use her iPhone camera to get ready and it was inconvenient and frustrating. At our first day reached out to reception staff asking if there’s any other room available that contains a proper mirror and unfortunately the only room offered that was the executive suite which was triple than our room rate and way out of our budget.

Fantastic location, walkable to many shops and attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel bar/garden is a wonderful place to have an afternoon drink. Rooms were spacious and stocked with fantastic amenities. The no-cost minibar is an excellent touch for customer service.

location - situated in the middle of Barcelona’s shopping district and walking distance within many restaurants to choose from staff - absolutely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. My hubby had left his jacket in a cab the hotel help ordered for our journey to the train station. We called the hotel immediately and they promptly reached out to the driver to retrieve the jacket and sent it to our hotel in Madrid the next day. The check in staff also had noticed that I had checked in on my birthday and they arranged for a bottle of champagne to be delivered to our room. cleanliness - housekeeping came by 2-3 times a day and replenished our toiletries and water regularly breakfast - Hotel breakfast was amazing: a variety of pastries, cheeses and ham to choose from. cereals and fruits too. all food was freshly prepared and you can also choose hot food from the menu (part of the breakfast with no additional charges). The churros are my favourite ! we will definitely return !
